Purchase a CMDZ Family Membership or gift a membership by clicking the button below.
If purchasing a gift membership enter the name of the adults and kids that the membership is for on the top portion of the form, and your information to process the credit card. If you provide an email for the gifting family, a confirmation email will be sent to them.
How to renew your CMDZ Family Membership
If you are already a CMDZ Family Member please renew your membership inside your CMDZ Portal. Set up your CMDZ Portal by following these steps:
Click HERE to take you to our portal login screen.
Click the "Sign Up" button.
Complete the form using the name and primary email associated with your membership. If you are not sure what email to use, contact becky@cmdzparsons.com to help assist you.
Enter the password you wish to use.
Check the CAPTCHA box.
Click "Sign Up".
You will receive a confirmation email that you will have to confirm to activate your portal.
After you have your CMDZ Portal setup you will be able to login to renew your membership.
To receive the discounted Family Member pricing when registering for events you will be required to login to your CMDZ Portal to register for those events starting September 2023. This allows the software to confirm that you are a Family Member to receive the discounted price.
